Public lectures on the history of space exploration
Talks for adults and families on the people, machines and missions of the space age.
Our public lectures take one subject at a time: a mission, a spacecraft, a designer, or the way a country told the story of its space program on its coins. Each talk uses pieces from the collection to show how the story was recorded at the time.
Lectures are open to anyone interested in space history, and they are meant as a conversation as much as a talk. We plan to hold them in the Houston area and to share notes from each lecture on this site.
If you run a library, a school or a community group and would like to host a lecture, write to us.
Bring a lesson to your school, host a lecture or follow the first exhibition. Write to us and we will reply.
